our story

Founded by friends Jacque Shaw and Lauren Kay Hooper, LVR Bridal is a refreshingly directional and deeply personal approach to creating, styling and encapsulating bridal.

After both working in the wedding industry for almost a decade; Jacque and Lauren had a clear vision for their ideal wedding days. In order to try on the collections they loved, Jacque and Lauren realised they needed to travel abroad for fittings. Coming home, they were inspired to create an experience for those with similar taste, and bring these sought after Designers together under one roof here in Auckland.

”We are both drawn to the romance of wedding dresses. But we know you can feel like you’re losing your own sense of style in the ‘fluff’. We want our brides to be able to showcase their unique taste so they always feel like themselves on their wedding day, with our focus being to create and curate unique style for fashion forward brides.”
